Happy Election Day!

I know everyone is just about at their wit's end with campaign ads, door knocking, phone calls, and political social media but...we are almost at the end!
Last night I had the wonderful opportunity to hear our President speak at his last campaign rally ever. (THANK YOU IOWA).
It just reminded me of how thankful I am and how lucky we all are to live in a nation that provides us with an opportunity to speak our minds and cast our votes--and not just in Presidential elections, but also local elections.
Whatever you do, don't let anything petty or trivial get in the way of You exercising Your right to vote. Remember that if you are lined up to vote at the time the poll closes, they must allow you to vote, so no excuses!

we must also remember to not lose sight  of where we have been  not all too  long ago,
and where we are going.(FORWARD).
Here are just a few photos from last night's event in the
East Village, Downtown Des Moines, IA!
